First day she open her eyes, so big and round! Pathetic thing, didn't see her mother once..She become orphan even before seeing the world..

some sleeps while others getting exited around
mama breast feeding the babies. Impressive heavy duty for her, day and night, 24H in action. The babies would take turns hung there sucking milk, making her hard to even move around all the times. Another superwoman's job is to take the 7 babies one by one up and down the double layer cage everyday, the upper floor is their warm bedroom, and the lower is the activity space.
7th day
Left at upper story, love to sleep side by side, and weird post.. haha, so cute.
9th day
The eyes still can't open, but can smell the food and holding them with both hands. The food was selected and randomly put all around the babies.. mostly grains, which she usually wont eat.. maybe it's good for the babies who was learning to consume solid foods.
10th day
One afternoon, MY mother suddenly ask me to see the weird sleeping post of the mother hamster. (MY MUM rarely look at the hamsters, so not surprising to me when she say it's weird).... So straight, like 僵屍 。。 I found out there is something wrong, she was not moving at all... no heart beat..
one baby still looking for milk, sucking here and there..the poor thing couldn't suck anything out, so tried another breast... again, no milk, try another place... the baby noticed the different, but couldn't tell why.. eventually, after 15 min of disappointment, the baby gave up and sleep beside the mother. The eyes still not open! How sad..
I tried to touch it with stick, scared the decomposing bacteria or the decaying liquids infecting myself. The legs are so stiff that it is not possible to bend by the stick and body was harden. texted nini, it's "mother"; the babies' "granny" immediately as she was at the school, she bring handphone and ipod to school of cause.. Papa, a bio grad, came home and throw away the dead body, as he said it must be handled fast, it is decomposing... but in the end, I dunno what he done to the body, didn't ask till today, left it a mystery.

12th day
The next day, 7 babies who still depends on mum's milk, never see their mum again.. so, we start to feed them with water, one by one, since they still couldn't see anything and don't know how to find water themselves. Luckily, the mother hamster left them with something very essential: skill to eat solid foods. If not, they won't survive today..
13th day
